  • How does it work?

    You choose the pace of this program. With a range of meditation and mindfulness practices available I recommend you try each week’s meditation 2-5 times, and then pick a few of the mindfulness practices to try everyday.


    Remember- consistency is key so the more frequently you are able to incorporate these practices the more likely these practices will stick.
