A comprehensive program integrating psychoeducation and somatic practices for holistic well-being and stress management. 4 week program lead by: Nikki Warren, C-IAYT with overview from Tracy Posdzich, PMHNP *Session Options: Tuesdays 7pm-8pm Wednesdays 10:30-11:30am *please select the same day/time each week, group sizes limited 𝑾𝒉𝒐 𝒊𝒔 𝒊𝒕 𝒇𝒐𝒓? Individuals seeking a holistic approach to wellness. Whether you're navigating stress, looking to enhance emotional resilience, or simply yearning for a deeper mind-body connection, this program is designed to meet you where you are. 𝑾𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒕𝒐 𝒆𝒙𝒑𝒆𝒄𝒕: -Gain insights into understanding and regulating your nervous system. -Learn practical tools to manage stress, cultivate relaxation, and foster emotional balance. -Lay the foundation for a resilient and responsive nervous system. -Develop a personalized toolkit for moments of stress, anxiety, and uncertainty, providing you with what you need to continue this work even after the program ends. Each session will include curated movement, breath-work, and guided relaxation practices and takeaway tools for use in your own day-to-day life.
