Let’s take a minute to take a deeper look at our dear friend … anxiety.
These are just a few of the symptoms of Generalized Anxiety Disorder from The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5). How does anxiety show up for you? What do you do to help yourself manage these symptoms? As a yoga therapist, I can help with each of these symptoms:
